Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Design Verification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end verification of our IOMMU (Input/Output Memory Management Unit) IP. You will play a critical role in ensuring the functional correctness and performance of the design, taking ownership of the verification process right from the initial specification understanding down to final coverage closure. This role is hybrid, based out of Bangalore, India. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting. Who You Are You have hands-on experience in ASIC or SoC verification using SystemVerilog and UVM. You enjoy debugging complex design and verification issues and working closely with cross-functional teams. You’re comfortable building verification environments from scratch and driving coverage closure. You have familiarity with standard bus protocols and modern verification tools. We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our CSP Engagements team as the technical focal point for GPU firmware and GPU system software, working directly with engineering teams of key CSP / hyperscale customers to ensure they can reliably manage, update, and operate NVIDIA GPU firmware at fleet scale. You will drive work streams with engineering teams of key CSPs/hyperscale customers to build shared understanding of GPU firmware and system software integration, incorporate their feedback into NVIDIA's feature roadmap and delivery plan, and ensure customer-side automation and recovery procedures are ready before each firmware release. Your cross-CSP visibility enables you to identify patterns in GPU firmware operational challenges that drive systemic improvements no single customer engagement could surface alone. What you'll be doing: Drive GPU firmware & siftware work streams with CSP engineering teams — ensuring they understand GPU firmware architecture (VBIOS, InfoROM, microcontroller firmware), update sequencing, recovery procedures, and GPU power management Gather and synthesize CSP feedback on GPU firmware/software — covering manageability, observability, security requirements (e.g., multi-tenancy isolation, secure boot, attestation), and performance — and champion those priorities into NVIDIA's GPU firmware/software feature roadmap and delivery plan Drive GPU firmware update orchestration for large-scale deployments — multi-GPU update sequencing, rollback strategy, failure handling, and validation across hundreds of GPUs per rack Serve as the technical focal point between NVIDIA and CSP firmware/software engineering — ensuring GPU behaviors (error recovery flows, thermal protection, power state transitions) are well-documented and accessible for customer integration Identify cross-CSP GPU SW/FW issue patterns — common update failu

Build the infrastructure that keeps every NVIDIA chip aligned from first spec to final shipment. NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group sits at the convergence of architecture, silicon, systems, and manufacturing. The System–Manufacturing Architecture (SMAC) team coordinates between system specifications and manufacturing test specifications from pre-silicon POR through production release across GPU, SoC, and CPU programs. When that alignment drifts, silicon faces the consequences: escapes, yield loss, and performance loss. We're hiring a Senior Manufacturing & System Co-Design Workflow Engineer to lead the methodology and infrastructure that maintains holistic, systematic alignment, at scale across the full portfolio. The strongest candidates in this role design the workflow before being asked to fix a program, and build the checks and automation that confirm alignment holds long after they've moved on to the next problem. What you’ll be doing: SMAC Workflow Methodology: Define manufacturing spec types, including schema and semantics, derived from system PORs and features. Own the methodology that governs how specification work gets structured, versioned, and validated across the program lifecycle. Production Python Pipelines & Automated Checks: Develop production-grade Python pipelines and automated checks that catch specification drift between system POR and manufacturing test programs ,ATE, SLT, BLT, L10+, before silicon exposes the discrepancy. The goal is that misalignments surface in the workflow, not on the tester. E2E Program Integration & TPM Attestation: Wire SMAC work into the end-to-end program spine, milestones, gates, and artifacts, and define explicit TPM-driven attestation when checks lag. Alignment can't be assumed; it must be proven at every stage. Agent-Ready Tooling & CI Infrastructure: Integrate tooling into an agent-ready
