In this role, you’ll coordinate and manage technical payroll accounting activities across Scale’s global footprint. You’ll manage the preparation, maintenance, processing, analysis and auditing of manual and automated payroll data, information, records and reports – ensuring accuracy and completeness of payroll transactions. Employee Support & Vendor Management: Operate the payroll help desk as the primary resource for employee inquiries and coordinate daily with external vendors, PEO/EOR partners, and tax agencies. Systems & Process Optimization: Leverage HRIS and modern technologies (including AI tools) to maintain confidential records, adapt to legislative changes, and continuously improve workflow efficiency and accuracy. Ideally you'd have: Experience executing multi-frequency domestic and international payroll cycles, managing compensation inputs, deductions, and employee lifecycle changes.
