About the role We are looking for a dedicated Workday Integrations Specialist to join our People Tech team. This role involves crafting and managing integrations within Workday, enhancing system functionality, and providing essential support to our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Integration Development and Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and objectives. Design and implement robust integration solutions connecting Workday with internal and external systems using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, Picof/ PECI Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and security of data through comprehensive testing and error management. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, serving as the primary technical contact for business teams. About the Team The IT Service Desk and IT Asset Management Teams provide complete, real-time support to DoorDash employees needing IT support or IT equipment. These teams partner closely with other areas of the business and IT to ensure we are always providing the highest level of support to our colleagues, ensuring they can do the best work of their careers. About the Role This is a cross functional role between IT Service Desk and IT Asset Management. You will provide dedicated onsite IT support to employees, in addition to handling ticket-based support.
