About the Role & Team This is Amplitude's first People Team hire in India, and we're being deliberate about who we bring in first. People Operations is at an inflection point. A lot of what takes hours today—HR tickets, Workday updates, onboarding tasks—will be handled by AI-assisted workflows in the near future. We're building toward that now, and this role is part of that foundation. You'll join the global People Operations team as a dedicated shared services resource, handling the operational work that keeps our EMEA and AMER specialists focused on higher-complexity, in-market problems—and supporting People Business Partners globally when they need an extra set of hands. In the near term, the work is largely transactional: resolving HR helpdesk tickets, processing Workday data requests, coordinating onboarding logistics. That's not a knock on the role—it's the job, and doing it with speed, accuracy, and care matters enormously. Over time, as we invest in AI tooling and automation, that transactional load will shift. When it does, this role shifts with it: taking on process improvement projects, helping document and refine how the team operates, and growing into a contributor who shapes practices rather than just follows them. We'll support that progression. Because this is a remote role with no local People Ops team around you, we need someone who is genuinely self-directed. You'll be given clear priorities and good systems to work in, but you'll own your own day. If you thrive in structured work but feel motivated by the promise of doing more over time, this is a good fit. As a People Operations Analyst, you will: Own shared services and HR helpdesk Resolve Tier 1–2 employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system (Console AI) on behalf of EMEA and AMER regional teams: policy questions, employment verifications, leave requests, and benefits inquiries Triage issues that need specialist input—Benefits, Payroll, Legal, or regional People Ops—with clear contex
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Regional Channel Manager on Vanta's Channel & Alliances team, you'll be embedded in the mid-market sales motion — working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales managers and account executives to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the segment. This is a field execution role. You'll use the partner ecosystem as a multiplier on direct sales coverage, co-selling with regional resellers, VARs, and MSPs to open doors, accelerate deals, and expand Vanta's presence in the market. You won't be managing partner relationships from a distance — you'll be in the field, in the forecast, and in the room. What you’ll do as a Channel Manager at Vanta: Partner with sales managers and AEs to identify and pursue named accounts through channel partners, dividing and conquering coverage across your segment Facilitate account mapping sessions with regional partner sales teams, turning relationships into pipeline Co-sell with partner reps to advance and close partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals Enable regional and tier-2 partners to go to market with Vanta effectively — product positioning, competitive context, and deal support Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in Salesforce — partner attribution, opportunity staging, and forecast hygiene are core to this role Coordinate closely with Partner Account Managers at deal close to ensure smooth customer handoffs Participate in weekly sales pod syncs and contribute to the FLM's forecast with current partner pipeline data How to be successful in this role: 4+ years of channel or partner experience in software or SaaS Proven ability to co-sell alongside direct sales t
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform that 7M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on every day. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the role We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the platform primitives every Supabase product runs on, including internal features like compute , disks , networking, and the API gateway, and external features like read replicas , custom domains , PrivateLink , and Bring Your Own Cloud. What you'll be responsible for: Talk to customers across the full spectrum. Indie developers running a single nano project, fast-growing startups whose costs are dominated by compute and disk, enterprises walking through a network-architecture review, and partners building on top of Supabase. Find the real blockers and bring them back to the roadmap. Own the problem statement and requirements behind every platform bet. Capture the customer evidence behind each decision, name the cost, capacity, and reliability constraints, and give the team a target it can hit. Decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Every quarter you're choosing between enterprise unlocks blocking deals, reliability and cost wins for the long tail of projects, and net-new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. Set the priorities and defend them. Define how each launch is measured before it ships. Set the metric, agree on the threshold, and track it after launch. Know whether a feature moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics, or platform reliability. Use that to sharpen the next call. Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned. The platform touches every other Supabase product, every region, and every customer tier. Write the roadmap, surface dependencies before they become blockers, and keep decisions moving. You might be a good fit if you: Have 7+ years of produ
