Our success will depend not only on our technology, but on building Europe's strongest merchant acquisition team. Role Purpose This is not a traditional recruitment role. The Commercial Talent Acquisition Manager will design, build and scale Paytm Europe's commercial recruitment capability, with a primary focus on hiring exceptional Field Sales Representatives. The role will also help establish the Paytm Sales Academy, ensuring that every recruit is assessed, onboarded, trained and developed into a high-performing merchant acquisition professional. Key Responsibilities Build the Recruitment Engine - Design a scalable recruitment process capable of supporting rapid European expansion. - Develop sustainable sourcing channels and talent pipelines. - Build recruitment processes that deliver quality, consistency and speed. Identify Exceptional Talent - Target commercially driven, resilient and coachable individuals rather than traditional financial services sales profiles. - Build relationships with colleges, universities, retail, hospitality and telecommunications sectors. Assess Talent - Design practical assessment processes including role plays, behavioural interviews, sales simulations and resilience testing. - Recruit people who can sell, not simply interview well. Develop the Paytm Sales Academy - Create structured onboarding and training programmes covering products, payments, compliance, CRM, objection handling and merchant engagement. - Su
