About the Role: Paytm is looking for an experienced, dynamic and experienced Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams across lending products and processes. Expectations/ Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Training Delivery within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Lending domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, sales capabilities, and process adherence through engaging learning interventions and continuous coaching initiatives. Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on lending products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and operational procedures. Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, training manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules. Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create practical and engaging learning experiences aligned with business objectives. Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to identify learning gaps and improvement areas. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to improve productivity, customer handling, and conversion effectiveness. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to training methodologies, content, and delivery mechanisms.
