Opportunity overview The Learning & Development Specialist will work in support of the UM Service Operations Team at Cohere Health who conduct reviews and decision Prior Authorization requests for a patient’s medical insurance. As a Supervisor, you will manage a team of Data Collectors, ensure shift productivity and quality targets are met, and submit all required reports on time. Your specific shift timing and location will be confirmed during the interview process based on current requirements.
