Snowflake
📍 Sweden• Full-time• Remote

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. The Role You won't just carry a bag — you'll run a franchise. As a Commercial Expansion Account Executive at Snowflake, you own a portfolio of existing customers and are accountable for defending the base, driving healthy consumption growth, and expanding into new workloads and use cases. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Services Delivery to turn customers into advocates and single-workload accounts into strategic platforms. This is not a renewals desk. You'll prospect within your install base, identify whitespace, build multi-threaded executive relationships, and close net-new expansion business — all while ensuring your customers are consuming Snowflake efficiently and getting measurable business value. What You'll Do Territory Strategy & Pipeline Generation Own a defined patch of commercial accounts (<500 employees) and build a data-driven territory plan using propensity scoring, technographic signals, and consumption health indicators Apply strategic tiering (20/80 rule) to focus time on high-potential "Sleeping Giants" — accounts with high whitespace relative to current spend Consistently achieve 10+ external customer meetings per week through disciplined outreach rhythms Map accounts to campaign plays (e.g., BI Consolidation, AI/ML

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, and Accounting across the Procure-to-Pay process. Our procurement function is in the midst of a transformation, and we want to be upfront about what that means for this role. Today, much of this work is hands-on and transactional: manually moving requests through intake, creating requisitions and purchase orders, routing contracts for signature, loading documents into our systems, and keeping records current. We are actively working toward intake and orchestration technology that will automate much of that manual work, and we expect the role to evolve over time from process execution toward greater category ownership. We anticipate meaningful improvements within the next year, but we can’t commit to a specific timeline, and that evolution is not guaranteed. Coming into this role, you should expect a significant manual and transactional workload, and a real opportunity to shape how the function matures as the technology and processes come online. Alongside that day-to-day execution, you’ll also begin acting as a buyer for designated lower-value, low-risk spend categories—owning the outcomes for those categories. As our tooling matures, you’ll increasingly use our procurement platforms as tools to leverage rather than serving as the manual engine behind them. We’re looking for someone who is energized by that trajectory and genuinely comfortable doing the hands-on work required to get there.

ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten is building its own GPU infrastructure for large-scale inference. As we move into large scale, high-density NVIDIA systems, the hardest failures are intermittent, cross-layer, and difficult to prove: RoCE congestion, InfiniBand stalls, ECN/DCQCN mis-tuning, bad optics, RNIC issues, host kernel stalls, GPU driver problems, and workload symptoms that look like network problems, but are not. We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to build a first-class observability and root-cause analysis system for GPU fabrics. This is a hard distributed systems problem, not a dashboarding problem. The system will collect high-volume signals from switches, hosts, active probes, and inference services; reduce and correlate them in real time; understand topology and service ownership; and produce actionable diagnosis while an incident is still unfolding. This role sits at the boundary between networking and inference software. RDMA data paths, GPUDirect transfers, prefill/decode disaggregation, KV cache movement, request routing, and workload backpressure can all create fabric symptoms or hide real fabric failures. The goal is to tell an operator, quickly and with evidence, whether an incident is caused by the fabric, host, NIC, GPU, RDMA path, scheduler, or serving layer — and what to do next. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Real-time telemetry engine — Build the ingestion, reduction, storage, and query path for high-cardinality fab
