Your Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Recruiter to manage and drive end-to-end hiring for our Tokyo office. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. A Day in Your New Role: Own full-cycle recruitment for our Japan hirings across different departments, including sourcing, direct candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer management Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across multiple departments Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process Implement data-driven recruitment practices and track key metrics (time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, etc.) Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions What You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 2 to 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, in-house or agency Native fluency in Japanese Business level proficiency in English Strong
