About the role We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager / Lead to build and drive OpenAI's enterprise marketing strategy in Japan. This person will be responsible for developing local programs that generate pipeline, deepen enterprise trust, and help Japanese businesses understand how OpenAI can create meaningful value. This role is ideal for a full-stack B2B marketer who understands Japan enterprise buying dynamics and can operate across strategy and execution. You will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Global Marketing to translate global priorities into locally resonant programs.
