WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead Japan’s customer trust efforts, including responding to customer security due-diligence questionnaires and, as needed, leading customer audits. Work with US-based GRC, Security, Legal, Product and other SMEs to find answers to customer questions specific to the Japan market. Assess the need for new customer-facing content; drive the development of new content; and then scale it to account teams, customers and partners, as appropriate.
