Boxについて Box(NYSE: BOX)はインテリジェントコンテンツ管理(ICM)プラットフォームのリーディングカンパニーです。Boxのプラットフォームは、企業のコラボレーション促進や、コンテンツのライフサイクル全体の管理、重要なコンテンツの保護、そしてエンタープライズAIによるビジネスワークフローの変革を実現することを目指しています。2005年に米国で設立され、JLL、モルガン・スタンレーなどを含む大手グローバル企業や、日本では約19,000社および日経225の76%の企業の業務効率化を支援しています。 Boxは、カリフォルニア州レッドウッドシティーに本社を置き、米国、ヨーロッパ、アジアに拠点を持っています。株式会社Box Japanは2013年に設立された日本法人です。 Boxでは、重要なコンテンツを扱うプラットフォームをさらに推進し、お客様の働き方に大きな変革を提供する、またとない機会があります。コンテンツは私達の業務の中心にあります。契約書、請求書、社員情報、財務情報、製品仕様、マーケティング資産などの部署間に跨る重要なビジネス・プロセスに含まれる数十億ものファイルや情報が日々流れています。私達のミッションは、コンテンツ管理にインテリジェンスをもたらし、お客様がデジタル・トランスフォーメーションを実現するお手伝いをさせていただくことです。このAIと膨大な業務コンテンツの融合による、大規模な働き方の変革期に、そのビジネスの最前線に貢献することが、Boxではできます。 WHY BOX NEEDS YOU Box Consulting Teamのミッションは 「クラウド上での文書管理の新しい姿にお客様を“導く”」ことです。文書管理やコンテンツを中心とした業務のデジタル化のゴールを示し、変革を実現するためのロードマップを定義し、変革の実現を強力に支援します。 Box Consulting Teamでは、テクノロジーとコンサルティングスキルを生かして、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現し、一緒にチームのミッションの実現の一翼を担って頂ける導入コンサルタントを募集しています。 コンテンツは企業の全ての業務で使われていると言っても過言では無く、Boxはあらゆる業務を変革するポテンシャルがあります。広範囲に変革をもたらすが故に、適切なゴール設定と設計、利用定着化に向けた戦略が必要です。 このポジションは、新規および既存のお客様がBoxプラットフォームを導入する際に、お客様の目線に立ち、お客様のクラウドでのコンテンツ管理の理想像を描き、お客様の変革を実現することをお任せします。 導入コンサルタントは、お客様のステークホルダーと密に連携しながらプロジェクトの進捗を管理し、高い専門性を持ってお客様の業務及び技術に関してプロフェッショナルなアドバイスを提供します。初期導入プロジェクトの開始から完了、その後の継続的な利用定着化活動、利用拡大をプロジェクト単位で担います。構想策定からビジネス要件とユースケースの把握、スコープをコントロールしながら成果物の実行に向けたプロジェクトマネジメントを担当頂きます。 導入コンサルタントは、複数のお客様向けのプロジェクトを同時進行で管理し、Boxの他の組織のメンバーと協働しプロジェクトを成功に導きます。 WHAT YOU'LL DO ・プロジェクト計画やプロジェクトリソースの管理を含む新規Box顧客の実装のリードする ・お客様毎に構想策定、初期導入支援、利用定着化のための計画を確実に実行する ・プロジェクトの進捗管理、課題・リスク管理、リソース管理を適切に行い、状況を関係者に報告する ・お客様のユースケースと要件を理解し、Boxの企業向け・業界向けのベストプラクティスを活用し、お客様の設計・設定のアドバイスを行う ・導入時のお客様の問題のトラブルシューティング ・お客様の大規模なデータ移行の案件を支援する ・Boxと3rdパーティー製品の連携を踏まえ、お客様に対してEndToEndのソリューションを提案する ・営業と連携し、新規プロジェクトのスコープ、見積もり、作業明細書を作成する ・営業およびCSMチームと連携し、お客様毎に、Boxをお客様の業務ITシステムの中核として頂くための計画を策定し、さらに将来的な売上拡大に向けた計画策定を行う ・お客様の声を把握し、社内へフィードバックすることでBoxのサービス改善につなげる Box ではコミュニティと対面でのコラボレーションを重要視していてます。Box の社員(Boxers)は、少なくとも毎週3日間以上はオフィスで勤務することが求められます。選考プロセスの中で、リクルー
