Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all . Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. As an interconnect modeling CAD engineer, you will be responsible for developing new flows and methodologies for extracting and releasing interconnect models used by EDA tools for extracting layout parasitics for accurate prediction of electrical behavior of designed circuits. As part of this effort, you will also be working with the Scribe TEG team to design and develop new test structures used for the extraction. You will also be interacting with the external EDA tool vendors to improve those flows as necessary, and support Micron designers in using the tools and flows. Build and release interconnect models based on process technology information for use by parasitic extraction tools to extract layout parasitics.
