Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ＜職務概要 / Position Overview＞ RDA（リアルタイム デフェクト アナリシス＝工程内欠陥検査）チームにおいて、製造ライン全体の品質・Yield改善およびExcursion防止をリードするSUSTAININGエンジニア。欠陥分析及びデータに基づき、複雑かつ横断的な課題の根本原因を特定し、改善戦略の立案・推進・標準化までを担う。また関係部門をリードしながら迅速な意思決定と実行を推進し、Fab全体のKPI改善に貢献する。 Lead quality and yield improvement and excursion prevention across the entire manufacturing line as a Sustaining Engineer within the RDA (Real-time Defect Analysis) team. Leverage defect analysis and data-driven insights to identify root causes of complex, cross-functional issues, and drive end-to-end improvement strategies from planning through execution to standardization.
