Job Description Job Summary Lead program and project controls initiatives to optimize asset management, budgeting, and project delivery. Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate cost management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of project controls and databases. Responsibilities Update and maintain the Asset Management database with accurate and current information to support decision-making Perform QA/QC on invoicing, change orders, and final proposals to ensure compliance and accuracy Review cost estimates, prepare bid leveling analyses, and generate Project Reports based on final proposals Collect, standardize, and validate bid information using OneWBS codes to ensure best value for the PMO Oversee the transfer of bids and final costs into the Benchmarking database using standardized templates</sp
