About the Team OpenAI’s Enterprise Go-To-Market organization helps the world’s largest companies adopt and scale our AI platform across their business, from ChatGPT Enterprise to our developer and APIs. We partner with organizations across Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail to build new AI-powered customer experiences, transform operations, and reimagine how work gets done in highly regulated and technically complex environments. As adoption accelerates through pilots, experimentation, and develop-led use cases, the GTM team turns that momentum into durable, enterprise-wide deployments. About the Role This role is designed as a launchpad for future sellers at OpenAI. This is a highly strategic role with significant exposure to enterprise sales, product, and customer strategy. You’ll develop core skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication while building a deep understanding of how leading companies adopt AI. We are looking for individuals with 4-6+ years of professional experience who are motivated to grow into world-class enterprise sellers over time. While many individuals in this role go on to become Account Directors or take on broader GTM roles, progression is based on performance and business needs rather than a fixed timeline. For the right person, this is one of the most accelerated paths to break into sales at OpenAI and build a long-term career in AI go-to-market. In this role, you will identify, shape, and advance complex enterprise opportunities by turning product usage, pilots, and inbound demand into qualified, high-conviction enterprise opportunities for our large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams. In this role, you will: Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts Lead high-quality discovery to uncover busin

About the role As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents. Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close. Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team. Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life. Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact. Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap. Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgent
About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on Inference & Post-Training, you will be a hands-on technical partner to our most strategic customers — production AI teams looking to leverage high quality models and do inference at scale. For us, FDE is not a replacement for a Solutions Architect; you will partner with our SAs as a deep-domain specialist in inference optimization, fine-tuning pipelines, and production deployment. As key contributors to both the CX, Engineering, and Sales organizations, FDEs add tremendous value by ensuring we can meet the requirements of our most complex POCs, facilitate successful platform adoption, and guide tailored optimization efforts — directly impacting customer success, company growth, and the hardening of our core platform. Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Singapore. Responsibilities Inference Engine Optimization: Select, configure, and optimize inference engine based on hardware, model architecture, and workload profile Configuration & Performance Tuning: Develop configuration updates to win critical POCs, benchmarks, and optimize customer deployments; tune KV cache, apply speculative decoding, determine optimal tensor parallelism, and determine quantization strategy to hit throughput and latency targets. Post-Training & Fine-Tuning: Drive hands-on RL training runs and optimize system design; guide customers through LoRA, SFT, DPO, RLHF, and GRPO pipelines from experimentation through production. Strategic Customer Alignment: Act as the primary technical point of contact for aligned strategic accounts — monitoring and optimizing endpoint configurations, helping customers get the most out of the platform, and collaborating to ensure we hit critical milestones. Opinionated Onboarding: Establish direct alignment with strategic customers at onboarding; ensure the right inference and post-training configurations are in place from day one to improve time-to-value.
