Property Executive What this job involves: The Property Executive are the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, and including supervision to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently. Facilities Executive (5.5 days) Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports. Responsible for coordinating and improve efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement. Review cleaners’ and landscapers’ deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower.
