Solution Ownership Across APAC Own end-to-end solution design and delivery on Facilities Management and Multi-X pursuits throughout APAC, with full accountability for solution integrity—ensuring every proposal is technically sound, operationally deliverable, and built on defensible assumptions. Cross-Functional Orchestration Orchestrate solutioning activities across engineering, sustainability, technology, finance, and operations SMEs, controlling both the volume and quality of their involvement. Facilities Executive (5.5 days) Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports.
