Solution Ownership Across APAC Own end-to-end solution design and delivery on Facilities Management and Multi-X pursuits throughout APAC, with full accountability for solution integrity—ensuring every proposal is technically sound, operationally deliverable, and built on defensible assumptions. Cross-Functional Orchestration Orchestrate solutioning activities across engineering, sustainability, technology, finance, and operations SMEs, controlling both the volume and quality of their involvement. This includes coordinating with country teams to identify efficiencies, working in tandem with pricing leads to ensure commercial alignment, and leading requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments grounded in direct IFM operational experience. Facilities Coordinator Corporate Solutions (Integrated Facilities Management) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OVERALL ROLE: The Facilities Coordinator will lead the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. Facilities Executive (5.5 days) Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports. Responsible for coordinating and improve efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement. Review cleaners’ and landscapers’ deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower. Regular inspection for conformance to service standards and expectation of cleanliness, waste management, landscape and pest control. Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action. Summary: Workplace Experience Manager/ Lead duties and responsibilities include working closely with the hard services engineering manager. Leading a team of Workplace Ambassador, Event Ambassador, Helpdesk/Security Admin and soft services vendors to manage the workplace day-to-day operations, functional services of the facilities and ensure that all workplace experience functions and soft services are covered. You will strive for continuous improvement in the process. In addition, you will help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, and handling crisis management and business continuity plans. You will also be on top of health and safety issues that may arise, and actively participate in reviewing them. The responsibilities will include site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. Also, part of your mandate is to monitor the facilities infrastructure, vendor’s performance and processes comply with standards. Direct report to the Senior Facilities Manager. As an expert in the field, you must be flexible in taking other responsibilities aside from y
