About The Role: The role requires a licensed Singapore-based attorney who is motivated, diligent, collaborative, business-minded, and has a wide breadth of experience drafting, negotiating, and collaborating with internal teams to support both inbound and outbound commercial transactions. This individual has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, has a critical eye for identifying and resolving issues and concerns by proactively collaborating with other legal team members and internal stakeholders across the organization, and will help develop legal resources, contract templates, and documentation to inform and facilitate contracting efforts. Key Responsibilities: Review and negotiate technology-related commercial agreements with the Company’s customers, including master services and SaaS agreements, data processing addenda , data security addenda, and NDAs. Review, negotiate, and structure vendor and partnership agreements, as needed. Design, implement, and iterate on the legal team’s AI initiatives, policies, processes and procedures to improve the legal team’s engagement model across the organization.
