MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated Senior Deal Strategy Analyst to join our Global Deal Strategy function. This role will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership on complex, high-value deals and opportunities, bringing sound judgment and financial rigor to structuring that balances revenue, profitability, and market share priorities. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced deal strategy professional who thrives on ambiguity, enjoys influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and is relentless in their pursuit of excellence in a high-growth environment.
