Job Description – Workplace Event Lead (IFM - Singapore) Summary: Workplace Event Lead duties and responsibilities include leading a team of Workplace Ambassadors, planning, coordinating, and executing workplace events that enhance client’ss employee engagement, foster client’s company culture, and support client’s organization objectives. This role requires to work closely with Workplace Experience team (Soft-Service), Engineering team, Senior Facilities Manager and the client, contributing to larger workplace & event experience for all offices. While the role requires someone highly proactive and independent, it also requires strong project management skills, creative vision, and the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously while staying within budget.
