What this team proves in Singapore becomes the playbook the wider region runs. About the Role The Outbound Strategist runs Mixpanel's AI-driven prospecting system to deliver qualified, Account-Executive-accepted pipeline across APAC. You will operate the outbound engine day to day: building target lists, running campaigns, supervising AI agents that research prospects and draft first-touch outreach, and applying a critical eye so only genuinely qualified opportunities reach an Account Executive. You will work inside targeting logic and quality bars set with the team, sharpen them as you learn what converts, and help document what works. Success is qualified pipeline and system leverage, measured on outcomes rather than activity. Responsibilities Run outbound and prospecting campaigns that produce qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team, owning the flow from signal to accepted handoff. Build target lists and enrichment inputs against a defined ideal customer profile, and keep data clean so leads move end to end with minimal manual handling. Deploy and supervise AI agents for prospect research, list building, personalization, and first-touch drafting, keeping a human check on quality before anything ships. Beyond delivering systems for OpenAI’s supercomputing infrastructure, the team develops the strategic partnerships needed to accelerate hardware innovation and scale. About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Hardware Strategic Sourcing & Manufacturing Partnerships Manager to lead strategic engagements with joint design manufacturers (JDMs), contract manufacturers (CMs), and original design manufacturers (ODMs) across OpenAI’s hardware ecosystem. Based in Singapore, you will own the complete manufacturing partner lifecycle: developing sourcing strategies, leading RFIs and RFPs, evaluating and selecting JDM, CM, and ODM partners, negotiating commercial agreements, onboarding suppliers, launching manufacturing programs, and managing long-term partnerships. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, legal, security, and program management teams to establish partnerships supporting AI-native silicon, rack-scale systems, and related infrastructure. The Manager, Strategic Alliances & Partnerships is responsible for the design, development, execution and growth of the partner strategy in the APAC marketplace, in close coordination with global counterparts.
