Title and Summary Manager, Technology Account Management - Singapore Overview The Manager, Technical Account Management is responsible for managing the technology and operational relationship with Mastercard customers across an assigned market or portfolio. The role serves as the primary point of contact for technical, system, and operational matters, ensuring customer needs are understood, prioritized, and addressed through effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
