Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. Synthesia is moving from a single product to a multi-product platform, and research is about to become one of the pillars that determines whether we get that transition right. You'd be joining as our first full-time UX researcher, working directly with product, design, and engineering on the bets that will define what Synthesia looks like over the next few years, including a new real-time, agentic product where we're figuring out an entirely new modality as we build it. This is a Senior IC role. You'll own research end-to-end and shape how the function itself takes form. Why now We've validated the appetite for research. Persona and jobs mapping shaped the first version of our newest product, and there's a strong pull from PMs, designers, and leadership for more. What we don't have yet is a full-time researcher who can operate across the whole product portfolio. The next six months contain some of the highest-stakes decisions we'll make: how the assistant experience should evolve, what drives adoption of the new product, and how we activate users in their earliest moments. Research should be shaping the direction on all three. What you'll be doing Running a combination of strategic and tactical qualitative resea

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. What We're About At its core, this role is about uncovering dots and—without knowing the shape they form—figuring out how to connect them. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. What We Do As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most challenging problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. Deployment Strategists are do-ers who immerse themselves in our customers' most intricate workflows, partner with customer teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. A select number of Deployments Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and problems. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions.

Our Software Engineers are involved throughout the product lifecycle, from idea generation, design, prototyping, and production delivery. You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teammates to understand our customers' problems and build products that solve them. We encourage movement across teams to share context, skills, and experience, so you'll learn about many different technologies and aspects of each product. Engineers work autonomously and make decisions independently, within a community that will support and challenge you as you grow and develop, becoming a strong technical contributor and engineering leader. Your day-to-day workflow will vary, adapting to the requirements of our users and the technical challenges that arise. One day, you may find yourself collaborating with other engineers to architect a new system that enables a novel workflow, the next you could be fine-tuning performance to enable low-latency operational outcomes. Our Product Development organisation is made up of small teams of Software Engineers. Each team focuses on a specific aspect of a product and work collaboratively to build cross functional capabilities, streamline user workflows and continuously improve our software's efficiency and reliability. We’re hiring engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems and empowering both developers and end-users to work optimally. The Role Talent Strategists work directly for one of our business or product development teams. We work to achieve the same mission using a different and complementary set of tools. We internalise the gravity, urgency, and meaning of our company’s work, inspiring us to find the exceptional individuals we know our teams need to win. We innovate constantly to achieve these ends. We design creative and effective hiring operations in response to the demands our teams face. We embrace breaking these apart and evolving when the terrain beneath us shifts. We scan constantly for what’s working and what’s failing, leveraging data and our keen intuition. Your ability to source uniquely excellent candidates and ascertain team fit is critical in this role. This requires embedding, not merely engaging, with a range of counterparts at the company, from the C-suite to Forward Deployed Engineering. The demands are intense, meaningful, and ever-changing. If this sounds as enticing as it does challenging, you’ll thrive here.

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role We've been doing a lot of thinking as a team, and what we've landed on is that this person needs to be someone who takes ownership. Real ownership. Not just "I'll close the ticket", but "I'm going to make sure this never happens again" type of ownership. That's the kind of person we're looking for, and frankly, that's the kind of person who's going to thrive here at Palantir. As an IT Support Engineer, you take real pride of our internal ecosystem, from individual workstations to conference rooms to the systems employees rely on every day. You're the person people turn to when something isn't working, whether they're at their desk, travelling, or preparing for an important meeting. You're thorough when it comes to troubleshooting. You don't just close the ticket, you make sure the underlying issue is actually resolved. When something keeps coming back, you dig into why and strive to look for a permanent fix. You're proactive by nature and complacency isn't something you settle for, and it’s not something we settle for either. You're constantly looking for ways to eliminate friction, automate the mundane, and elevate the bar for TechOps. People feel comfortable coming to you with problems because you're approachable and follow through. You're familiar with the needs of executives and senior staff, and you check in proactively when you know something critical is on the horizon like a board meeting, an earnings call, an internal conference or a big reveal rather than taking a back seat. What sets you apart is how much you care about the growth of the people around you. When you work through a tough ticket with a colleague, you make it a teaching moment. When you

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role The Palantir platform is deployed in numerous critical mission environments including combat zones and classified networks—from the back of a Humvee to a command post to the cloud.
