As we continue to expand globally, we’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in London to support Vanta’s continued growth and help build scalable, geo-specific recruiting practices in our newest hub. You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager in our London and Dublin offices. This is a critical position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about building structure, managing complexity, and driving operational excellence in recruiting. This role is hybrid in person in our London office. What you’ll do as a Recruiting Coordinator at Vanta: Coordinate interviews across teams, time zones, and formats (virtual and in-person), ensuring a smooth candidate experience Own candidate communications, including scheduling emails and interview prep materials Manage onsite interview logistics in the London office, including day-of setup and support Help plan and execute in-person recruiting events in partnership with the Talent and Workplace teams Build and document EMEA specific recruiting processes and candidate communications Set up jobs and interview plans in Ashby, and keep all scheduling data accurate and up to date Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to update interview processes and flag workflow issues Support interviewer training by tracking completion and sharing resources with new interviewers Monitor compliance tasks, including NDA tracking and weekly Checkr background check audits How to be successful in this role: 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth

About the Team Training Runtime designs the core distributed runtime that powers everything from early research experiments to frontier-scale model runs. We work on building robust, scalable, high performance components to support our distributed training workloads. Our priorities are to maximize the productivity of our researchers and our hardware, with the goal of accelerating progress towards AGI. Within Training Runtime, the Process Management team develops the distributed OS responsible for launching, coordinating, and supervising the large numbers of processes that make up modern training workloads. Our runtime sits beneath training frameworks and on top of research infrastructure, ensuring jobs run reliably across massive clusters while maintaining performance, stability, and observability. Success for us is measured by both system reliability and researcher velocity - enabling ideas to scale from experiments to production training runs. About the Role As a Training Runtime: Process Management Engineer , you will work on the software that ties thousands of computers together and exposes them as a unified system. This system has to serve individual researchers running multiple parallel experiments, as well as our largest training runs spanning 100’s of thousands and even millions of machines and accelerators. This requires easy to use, introspectable systems that can promote a fast debugging and development cycle, as well as relentless optimization for scale while maintaining stability and performance throughout.
