Project Manager – Capital Markets Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Capital Markets | Type: Permanent Help Shape Platform-Led Change in Financial Services The Role We’re looking for experienced Project Managers with deep insight into the business and operating models of wealth managers, asset managers, and investment platforms. You’ll work closely with top-tier clients on complex platform transformation and migration programmes—often involving systems like Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ, and Charles River. This role requires not just project management skills, but a hands-on understanding of how investment firms run front to back. You'll also be expected to leverage approved AI tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance project delivery, reporting, planning, and decision-making, while applying appropriate human judgement and governance throughout the project lifecycle. What You’ll Do Lead platform change and migration projects across front office, operations, and technology functions. Deliver end-to-end regulatory or strategic change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, using AI-enabled ways of working where appropriate to improve delivery efficiency and insight. Own project governance, tracking and reporting—ensuring transparency and proactive risk management, leveraging approved AI tools and automation to support reporting, monitoring, and project controls while maintaining appropriate review and oversight. Collaborat
