Commercial Finance Business Partner Role Overview We are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to lead the financial review, onboarding and commercial governance of new THG Ingenuity clients. This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of Commercial, Operations, Solutions and Finance, ensuring client contracts, billing structures and operational processes are accurately translated into scalable financial and system solutions. The successful candidate will own the commercial finance onboarding process from contract review through to billing implementation, ensuring clients are integrated efficiently, commercially aligned and capable of being billed accurately from day one. The role requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on governance, contract management and process improvement. In addition, the role will lead a team of four finance professionals responsible for revenue accounting, client profitability analysis, inventory finance, forecasting and fixed cost management. Key Responsibilities Commercial Review & Client Onboarding Lead the financial review of new client opportunities and contract negotiations. Assess commercial viability, profitability and operational implications of new business opportunities. Partner with Commercial, Solutions and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. This role plays a key part in operational costing, commercial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and business partnering across multiple fulfilment sites.
