Coder is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Coder Agents. You'll take an incubated, fast-moving product and give it a scaled strategy. Usage is expanding beyond enterprise developers to citizen developers and other new personas. You'll define vision and strategy where it's still nascent, then bring enough structure to scale without slowing momentum. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship and measure impact. We're running lean on process by design - expect to build judgment, not bureaucracy. About the Team OpenAI's Training team is responsible for producing the large language models that power our research, our products, and ultimately bring us closer to AGI.
