About the Job: We're looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead marketing in the region, in close collaboration with Sales, with field activities and events as the core part of the role. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional B2B marketing programs are built — from tactics through hands-on execution — and who's looking to shape and build the approach rather than run a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role for the team and business, reporting to the International Marketing Director. You'll take full ownership of the EMEA field calendar and act as the region's on the ground presence, with the scope to also contribute to broader regional marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll get to innovate and design impactful, memorable experiences that drive real results. Responsibilities: Own the EMEA field calendar end-to-end — from tactics and planning through execution and post-event follow-through, across owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing events etc. Lead regional sponsorship approach and vendor management — negotiate sponsorship packages and deliverables, coordinate on assets and work with agencies, partners and vendors. Design differentiated, memorable experiences — go beyond the standard execution model to create formats that genuinely engage audiences and build awareness around the brand. Partner closely with EMEA Sales — work hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR teams on field activities, on-site engagement, and structured post-event follow-up. Act as a confident, credible voice with internal stakeholders to represent Marketing. Own reporting and ROI — track leads, pipeline capture, and spend against your Marketing activities and campaigns, and report results back to leadership. Operate independently — take action and define approach, budget requests, format, and vendors in line with Sales
Position Overview As we accelerate Diligent's presence across EMEA's specialist services markets, we're looking for a driven, commercially sharp sales professional who can win and grow with senior buyers in a governed, compliance-driven world. This is a rare opportunity to join Specialty Markets, a high-growth EMEA division serving the firms that manage governance, entities, risk and audit on behalf of their clients. You'll own a defined, high-value territory with a clear mandate: grow net-new revenue and expand within an established base of Diligent relationships. If you know how to sell complex, multi-stakeholder software into professional and regulated services firms – and can get credible with their leaders fast – this role was built for you. The Market You'll Sell Into You'll sell to professional and regulated services firms that deliver governance, entity, risk, compliance and audit work on behalf of their clients. In practice that spans fund administrators, corporate service providers, management companies (ManCos / AIFMs), law firms, private equity and venture capital firms, trust & fiduciary services, risk advisers, and audit & advisory firms. This isn't back-office compliance – it's a revenue-generating service line they deliver to their own clients. Diligent's platform underpins how they run and scale that work, which makes us central to how they win, serve and grow their client base, not just how they stay compliant. Jurisdictions: this is a single, flexible mandate that can be run across any of our key offshore and onshore markets – including the Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the UK, Cayman, BVI, Bermuda, the Isle of Man and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities Own the full commercial cycle across your patch – from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close and upsell – working both new-logo acquisition and account expansion. Here's a summary of the role Data is only powerful when everyone agrees what it means. This is your chance to build a world class product behavioural data system and process from the ground up. We're rebuilding the internal product our teams use to measure product success and end-user value across all our 24+ products in four business units. You'll design the single source of truth: the metric definitions, the telemetry standards, the data contract engineering instruments against, the change governance processes and tooling, and the models that turn behaviour into portfolio insight. You'll educate and support the teams using this internal behavioural data product to set expectations and and plot a rational roadmap for the maturing of this product, helping our user to use the data honestly and wisely. Usage tells you what happened, not why, or whether it mattered. We want someone who sets quantitative behaviour against qualitative evidence and treats the disagreement as the interesting part. AWS/Snowflake is our spine; capture and BI are open decisions you'll help make. Your models feed the business reviews our executive team, CTO and investors use to run the portfolio, and engineering is committed to instrument against your contract. Here's what your first twelve months should look like First 90 days. Learn the estate, meet the engineers who instrument it, and agree the measurement model for one product end to end — with a defensible adoption number and the qualitative read on what it means. Three to six months. Data contract published, instrumentation spec landed with engineering, first business unit building against it. Definitions, naming and versioned change control governed. Six to twelve months. Rolling out across the remaining business units through the BU-aligned analysts, portfolio reporting running on your numbers. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all
