Leisure Operations & Member Experience Lead and oversee the daily operation of all leisure areas including the gym floor, studios, swimming pool and padel courts. Act as the visible ambassador and owner of the leisure experience within the club. Deliver exceptional member and guest experiences through outstanding service standards and operational excellence. Ensure all leisure facilities are maintained to impeccable 5-star presentation and cleanliness standards at all times. Develop and implement innovative fitness and wellbeing programmes designed to increase engagement, occupancy and member satisfaction. Manage and promote a dynamic timetable across gym, studio and padel offerings, ensuring strong participation and utilisation levels. Organise regular health and wellbeing campaigns, activation days and member events that position Hale Country Club & Spa as a leader within the wellness sector.
