A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a technical writer and editor, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed by creating, maintaining, and improving documentation that supports users of Palantir’s products. At Palantir, we view documentation as a key part of product development. Working at the intersection of users and Palantir’s products, you will develop an understanding of user needs and help them get the most out of our software. You’ll be a thought partner with our product development teams, combining your communication skills with empathy for users and product knowledge. Your work will primarily be on written documentation, but may also include interactive tutorials, recorded demonstrations, or other communication channels. Teams and individuals at Palantir operate with a high degree of autonomy and independence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting priorities for your work, deciding where to allocate your time based on an assessment of stakeholder and organisational needs. You should be comfortable thinking about the “big picture” narrative and structure of our documentation, as well as diving into the details. On any given day, you might find yourself editing a guide drafted by a developer, writing a new tutorial for a critical workflow, or identifying an area that needs improvement and partnering with a team to make the fix. You will also gain exposure to the technical infrastructure for composing and distributing platform documentation.

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role We've been doing a lot of thinking as a team, and what we've landed on is that this person needs to be someone who takes ownership. Real ownership. Not just "I'll close the ticket", but "I'm going to make sure this never happens again" type of ownership. That's the kind of person we're looking for, and frankly, that's the kind of person who's going to thrive here at Palantir. As an IT Support Engineer, you take real pride of our internal ecosystem, from individual workstations to conference rooms to the systems employees rely on every day. You're the person people turn to when something isn't working, whether they're at their desk, travelling, or preparing for an important meeting. You're thorough when it comes to troubleshooting. You don't just close the ticket, you make sure the underlying issue is actually resolved. When something keeps coming back, you dig into why and strive to look for a permanent fix. You're proactive by nature and complacency isn't something you settle for, and it’s not something we settle for either. You're constantly looking for ways to eliminate friction, automate the mundane, and elevate the bar for TechOps. People feel comfortable coming to you with problems because you're approachable and follow through. You're familiar with the needs of executives and senior staff, and you check in proactively when you know something critical is on the horizon like a board meeting, an earnings call, an internal conference or a big reveal rather than taking a back seat. What sets you apart is how much you care about the growth of the people around you. When you work through a tough ticket with a colleague, you make it a teaching moment. When you
About THG Ingenuity THG Ingenuity is a fully integrated digital commerce ecosystem, designed to power brands without limits. Our global end-to-end tech platform is comprised of three products: THG Commerce, THG Studios, THG Fulfilment. Each represents a single, unified solution, overcoming challenges and taking brands direct-to-consumer. Our client portfolio includes globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble. In this role you will be responsible for one of THG Fulfil's largest and most complex accounts, spanning B2B/channel and B2C/D2C fulfilment, inbound and new product introduction (NPI), value-added services, systems integration, and commercial administration, with direct exposure to both client leadership and THG group executives. The Role This is one of the most strategic, highest-visibility accounts in the Fulfil portfolio, and a newly created, dedicated role to match. It carries real intensity: a daily governance and reporting obligation, and a breadth of scope across B2B, B2C/D2C, inbound, NPI, VAS, integrations and commercial that effectively spans several workstreams under one relationship. With that comes genuine ownership. The successful candidate will be THG's primary point of contact for the client's operational, logistics and programme teams, translating their requirements into internal action across warehouse operations, transport, IT/integrations, ISC and commercial — and holding those teams to delivery. They will own the account's governance calendar and daily reporting, resolve escalations end-to-end, and hold credible technical conversations on integrations without needing to do that work personally. This is a role for someone who wants to run something significant, not administer it. Why This Role Real seniority from day one: of one of Fulfil's largest and most complex accounts — you're the person in the room with senior leadership on both sides, not a supporting player. A genuin

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) understand our customers’ greatest pain points and design end-to-end solutions to address them. FDSEs solicit constant feedback on their work from both customers and colleagues, improving our products over time with rapid iteration cycles. FDSEs deploy ground breaking technical solutions to solve our customers’ hardest problems. Projects often start with a nebulous question like “Why are we losing customers?” or “How can we more effectively identify instances of money laundering?” FDSEs lead the way in developing a solution, from high-level system design and prototyping to application development and data integration. As an FDSE, you leverage everything around you: Palantir products, open source technologies, and anything you and your team can build to drive real impact. You work with customers around the globe, where you gain rare insight into the world’s most important industries and institutions. We help our customers detect insider trading, improve disaster relief, fight healthcare fraud, and more. Each mission presents different challenges, from the regulatory environment to the nature of the data to the user population. You will work to accommodate all aspects of an environment to drive real technical outcomes for our customers. Core Responsibilities FDSEs responsibilities look similar to those of a startup CTO: you’ll work in small teams and own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects. The Role Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) work directly with customers to quickly understand their greatest problems and design and implement solutions to use data against them. Our customers rely on Palantir’s platforms for some of their most critical operations, and projects often start with an open ended question like “Why are we delaying so many flights?” or “How can we better identify instances of money laundering?” As an FDE, you’ll apply your problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive a real impact in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to gain rare insight into and contribute to some of the world’s most important industries and institutions. As an FDSE, your responsibilities look similar to those of a startup CTO: you’ll work in small teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects. Your day might span discussing architecture with fellow engineers, wrangling massive-scale data, coding a custom web app, speaking with customer executives, or establishing strategy for your team. Whether you aspire to be an entrepreneur or an engineering leader, we believe Palantir is the best place — with the best colleagues — to learn how. You’ll learn how to unpack a problem and understand the costs and consequences of its solution. You’ll learn new technologies and languages, and even develop them yourself.
