The Role We are seeking a versatile Talent Sourcer to join our global recruiting team and drive our hiring efforts across a wide range of functions. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and connect with top talent, ensuring a high-quality, diverse pipeline of candidates for our open positions across EMEA. While you will support a broad spectrum of roles, including GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A, you will operate as an agile member of the Talent team, pivoting between departments as business needs shift.
