About the Team The Adoption, Innovation, and Transformation team within OpenAI for Government helps government organizations turn OpenAI products into durable capabilities and measurable mission impact. We work alongside public servants to move from initial exploration to confident, responsible, organization-wide use of AI. Our work combines hands-on enablement, adoption strategy, deployment support, community, content, and practical transformation tailored to government missions and operating environments. By translating the potential of OpenAI’s technology into better individual workflows, stronger teams, and improved public services, we help government customers deepen adoption, build lasting organizational capability, and spend more time on mission. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, education, adoption, community, content, and customer experience. It blends strong product fluency, instructional design, customer advisory, and a deep understanding of public service. You will lead live workshops, deliver enablement programs, and design adoption interventions for audiences ranging from front-line public servants and technical practitioners to senior government leaders. About the Team The Startup Growth team is building the systems, programs, and automation that enable OpenAI to win startups at scale. We need to make it dramatically faster and easier to turn high-potential growth ideas into repeatable, measurable GTM motions without bespoke infrastructure for every program. About the Role The GTM Growth Programs Lead will own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. The role will initially own credit and commercial programs while using that work to build reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions. The goal is not to centralize program ownership: teams closest to startups should continue to identify, incubate, and own growth motions. This role will build the operating system that makes them dramatically better and faster at doing so. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Build the GTM program platform for Startups. Develop shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems that turn growth opportunities into scalable programs, automate work across the program lifecycle, and make each subsequent motion faster to launch. Own credit and commercial programs. Drive credit/commercial strategy and evolution while turning capabilities such as audience selection, eligibility, offer configuration, distribution, and measurement into reusable building blocks. Create a repeatable path from idea to scaled motion. Turn “we need to increase X” into targeted, operationalized, measurable GTM motions. Build leverage throughout the team. Enable ADs, VC Partnerships, and other Startup GTM teams to incubate and own programs independently rather than routing every motion through centralized operations. Develop shared measurement and experimentation frameworks and capabilities. Establish common approaches to sizing, economics, attribution
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Automation - Foundations team, you will lead the re-platforming of the data layer underneath Vanta’s entire compliance product. This is a migration that spans multiple teams, has to preserve every public API contract along the way, and cannot lose a single customer’s evidence while it happens. Foundations is Vanta’s data platform team. We ingest security and compliance data from across our customer’s environments, currently tens of thousands of resources per second, with single-customer bursts running into the millions. We store the data, catalog it, make it queryable, and turn it into evidence that has to survive a real SOC 2 or FedRAMP audit. We are in the middle of moving our platform from a Mongo-centric architecture to a schema-aware, Postgres-backed architecture, on a Kafka and S3 pipeline that decouples data fetching from processing. Both pipelines run in parallel today, the hard problems here are correctness under migration, eventual consistency, and multi-tenancy, in a domain where “mostly right” is not an acceptable failure mode. Visit our Vanta Engineering Blog to learn more about what our team is working on. What you'll do as a Staff Software Engineer at Vanta: Lead the migration of Vanta’s resource data model from a Mongo-centric solution to a schema-aware Postgres-backed solution and running both generations in parallel without breaking a customer integration. Drive solutions across teams that you do not own but are dependent on the platform built by your team. Design for correctness under eventual consistency with idempotent session handling, conditional writes that survive out

With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the role: Join our FDE team and work directly with some of the world's largest organizations to turn their most ambitious ideas into production applications on Replit. Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design secure, scalable architectures that connect Replit with customers’ existing systems, data, APIs, identity providers, and infrastructure. Integrate with the customer's stack: SSO, data warehouses, internal APIs, and SaaS systems. Own Technical Deployments: Serve as the technical owner for complex enterprise implementations, identifying blockers, debugging issues, and driving projects through to successful production adoption. Bridge Customers and Product: Develop a deep understanding of how enterprises use Replit and translate field insights, technical constraints, and recurring customer needs into actionable feedback

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: Own how our Foundations business teams design, automate, and operate their most important workflows. Notion is growing quickly, and the processes that run our business — intake, triage, execution, approvals, escalations, reporting — need to scale without adding headcount or losing auditability. This role exists to redesign those processes end to end and to embed AI directly into them, so the work moves faster and the system stays trustworthy. What's different at Notion: you'll build on Notion as customer zero. You'll design multi-system workflows spanning Notion, Slack, email, support tooling, and internal data, then ship the custom agents, skills, and automations that run them — partnering with Finance, Legal, People, Ops, Data, and Engineering to drive real adoption, not just documentation. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Redesign cross-f
