The Challenge We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to join our R&D Customer Engineering organization and lead strategic customer engagements within the Design Partner Program. This is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership role responsible for accelerating customer value, improving product quality, influencing product strategy, and driving measurable business outcomes across OneTrust's most strategic accounts. As a member of the Design Partner Program, you will operate at the intersection of Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. You will partner directly with customer executives, product leaders, architects, and engineering teams to identify business priorities, unblock complex technical challenges, advocate for customer needs, and ensure strategic customer investments translate into long-term product improvements.
