SEC Reporting Manager DUBLIN, CA AND/OR MENLO PARK FINANCE FULL-TIME We’re looking for a driven SEC Reporting Manager to manage our SEC reporting function. Reporting to the SEC Reporting Senior Manager, this key position will be responsible for the SEC reporting process, including quarter and year-end reporting, and managing the end-to-end process over equity accounting and disclosures. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the preparation of SEC filings (Form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, etc.) including managing the review and approval process with external auditors, senior management, legal counsel, disclosure committee and audit committee.
