About the Team Enterprise Marketing helps the world’s largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI. We create programs that bring OpenAI’s products, research, and perspective closer to the priorities, decisions, and work of enterprise customers. Some of the most consequential opportunities cannot be served by adapting an existing campaign, event, or playbook. They require a new model: a way for customers to experience what is possible, learn by doing, and turn insight into action. Our team builds and scales those models across markets. About the Role We are looking for a senior program builder to create differentiated executive and enterprise experiences. You will shape the experience thesis, build and test the first version, and help determine whether the work should become part of a broader repeatable program, remain bespoke, or stop. This role focuses on incubation: developing new experiences, strengthening consequential customer moments, and creating the principles and materials needed for durable ownership. Your initial focus will be helping bring a new flagship, hands-on enterprise customer experience to life in San Francisco, developing new executive and practitioner formats around it, and supporting selected strategic-account interventions where a differentiated approach is needed. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for a builder who combines customer and commercial judgment with original program design and excellent execution. You will work across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Research, Solutions, Design, Events, Operations, regional marketing, and executive teams. You will be expected to make clear choices, build directly, and stay close to the work until the model is proven and ready for durable ownership. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the nature of the work, periods of more intensive onsite participation are expected

You will translate go-to-market priorities into repeatable creator programs across a mix of micro, mid-tier, and larger creators. You will be accountable for the full agency and campaign lifecycle, from annual planning and briefing through execution, paid amplification, reporting, optimization, and post-program learning. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. The world’s most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can’t easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs like Anthropic to Fortune 500s like Siemens, Datalab is where businesses turn when extraction has to be right. We hit an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. We have hundreds of customers across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools - chandra, surya, marker, and lift - have 70,000+ GitHub stars, millions of monthly downloads, and broad developer mindshare. We’re backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. Role Overview Marketing at Datalab already has real infrastructure behind it. We run a combined launch and content calendar with a defined playbook - channels, owners, and cadence for every release - and we ship two to three launches a week against it. No one here works on marketing full-time, so nobody owns the larger question of how we show up when a developer, a buyer, or an AI agent goes looking for a document parser. You’d be our first dedicated marketing hire. You’d inherit a working system rather than a blank page, and the job is to make it run reliably, then make it considerably more ambitious. The natural place to build from is our open source work, which reaches a wide audience and currently does less for us than it could. This is a hands-on role. On a team of 7, you’ll write the blog post, draft the tweets, restructure the docs page, brief the agency if we hire one, and pull the numbers yourself. We’re looking for someone who has done this work somewhere it was done well, and who wants to keep doing it rather than direct someone else who does. There is strong potential for this to grow into a leadership role as we hire more people into the marketing team. An increasing share of our buyers never touch a search results page; they ask a model. We want someone who t

We ensure that insights from policymakers inform our work and - in collaboration with our colleagues and external stakeholders - seek to further regulation, industry standards, and safe and beneficial development of AI tools. About the Role As a US Congressional Lead on the Global Affairs team, you will help develop strategies and advance OpenAI’s engagement with the U.S. Congress, including developing and managing relationships with House and Senate lawmakers and staff. You will support OpenAI’s U.S. Global Affairs team in meetings, briefings, hearings and other engagements with Congress. You will also facilitate collaboration with civil society and industry partners relevant to Congressional engagement and in alignment with OpenAI’s mission. OpenAI releases industry-leading research and tools. You will face new challenges as the impact of cutting edge generative AI technologies continues to be explored and as the needs of the organization evolve. Day-to-day work may encompass anything from helping to shape strategic initiatives and policy documents to preparing our leaders for engagements with government officials or representing OpenAI in private and public forums. We are looking for a self-directed and creative individual with Capitol Hill experience, experience managing private sector and civil society relationships, plus an understanding of AI-related legislative and regulatory issues and processes. About the Team Enterprise Marketing helps the world’s largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI. Our Executive Engagement programs bring OpenAI’s products, research, and perspective into the room with senior leaders as they consider how intelligence can be put to work against their most important priorities. These engagements are more than briefings or events.
