Serve as the primary trade compliance advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic mentorship on trade policy developments, emerging risks, and global regulatory changes that impact Hasbro's operations. Lead and develop a distributed group of 12 professionals responsible for all aspects of Hasbro's trade compliance program, including tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, customs broker management, restricted party screening, and trade program governance. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the program, ensure adherence to global trade standards, such as CTPAT, Importer Self-Assessment (ISA), Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs, denied party screening, sanctions regulations, forced labor requirements, and other customs and trade-related responsibilities.
