Altana is the network for trusted trade. Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing. The Opportunity at Altana As a Global Public Sector Implementation Delivery Manager (IDM), you are the single-threaded technical owner of delivery for one of Altana’s most important public sector accounts or organizations. You blend enterprise architecture, hands-on deployment, and product design and development with the relationship skills to be the trusted technical voice in the room for the mission owners you serve. You lead a small, account-aligned implementation pod and are accountable for turning a closed-won account into mission outcomes: architecting the deployment, delivering it in secured and regulated environments, keeping it healthy, and finding the next place Altana can create value. You do this hip-to-hip with commercial — partnering with the Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Program Managers who run the account — using delivery credibility to enable organic growth and inside sales without carrying the commercial number yourself. This role reports to a GPS Implementation sub-vertical lead (Trade, Resilience, or Policy) within the Implementation function, and is deployed against a named strategic account. For example, an IDM aligned to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) would report to the Trade sub-vertical lead. Your Responsibilities Own delivery outcomes for a named strategic account or account groups. Serve as the single-threaded technical owner for implementation and platform delivery to a key public sector account or organization, from post-award through sustainment. Deliver on-time against contractual commitments and hold the technical quality bar. Set and steward the account architecture. Translate mission outcomes into a coherent enterprise/solution architecture across SaaS and regulated PaaS environments. Own the deployment, integration, and data-m

About the Team Strategic Sourcing & Procurement helps OpenAI secure the products, services, and partnerships that support our research, build our products, and grow our business. We work with teams across the company to make sound commercial decisions and move important work forward. As OpenAI grows, we are rethinking how sourcing works: bringing expertise into decisions earlier, simplifying contracting, and using AI to give Procurement more time for judgment and strategic work. What we learn internally—and through our supplier and enterprise-buyer relationships—can also inform better products, partnerships, and industry adoption. About the Role We’re looking for a senior leader to head Sourcing Enablement & Delivery, leading sourcing operational delivery, contracting enablement, and AI transformation—and building Procurement’s contribution to OpenAI’s commercial growth. You will build the teams, systems, service model, and cross-functional partnerships that enable sourcing and contracting at scale, helping teams move quickly without losing commercial discipline or accountability. You will partner with GTM, Sales, and Partnerships to develop Procurement’s contribution to OpenAI adoption and commercial growth. Bring procurement-industry knowledge, buyer insights, and lessons from internal AI use into customer engagement, product feedback, and opportunities across the procurement ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Sourcing, you will manage the Sourcing Delivery and Contract Management leaders and shape this new function’s priorities, team, and measures of success. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. Priorities and what success looks like A focused roadmap: clear choices about what to build first, what to defer, and how progress will be measured. Stronger delivery: capable leaders and teams, faster execution, less rework, and fewer unres

This role decides what that first impression is. This is a senior individual contributor role. You set the strategy and you write the posts. Day to day you'll work with product marketing, comms, design, our engineers, and our founders. This role relies on technical credibility. You don't need an engineering background, but you do need to understand what we're claiming and why it matters. We post about latency, throughput, and GPU cost, and we hold ourselves to getting those details right. RESPONSIBILITIES This role is the face of the Baseten brand on our social channels and builds our direct line of communication with the community across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the communities where our audience already spends time. Track the conversation across AI and open source, and move quickly when we have something useful to add. Set the social strategy: what we post where, how each account grows, and how we measure it, with a clear point of view on which channels deserve investment and which don't. Translate technical work into posts worth sharing: model launches, benchmark results, open source projects, engineering deep dives, an
