Objectives of this Role Own and evolve ECX's revenue operating system, including pipeline intelligence, forecasting, and capacity planning, as the foundation for how the company makes revenue decisions. Own HubSpot and the broader revenue tech stack as the system of record, enforcing data quality standards across the full lead-to-cash lifecycle Diagnose and anticipate structural gaps in data, process, and cross-team handoffs Build a metrics layer that runs on its own: pipeline, forecast, and revenue reporting that requires no manual reconciliation Support GTM enablement infrastructure: comp plans, quota tracking, territory design, and capacity/headcount planning Daily and Month
