What You’ll Do As an intermediate Talent Partner for Cohere, you will: Own the full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for G&A (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.) at Cohere. Make sure our candidates have a world-class recruiting experience with us. Work with hiring managers and leaders to create effective recruiting strategies.
