The Business Marketing team contributes to our broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence by developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform amongst core business audiences. The Strategy & Operations function supports Business Marketing with operating models and cadences; strategic planning; portfolio, resource, and investment management; measurement and organizational learning that empower our teams to move at pace with clarity and confidence. Creative work is where the portfolio becomes real. You will work closely with creative teams, integrated marketing, product marketing, agencies, regional teams, and leadership to ensure high-priority work has a realistic path forward. You will create clarity for teams on how to move fast, using intuitive and simple processes rather than adding complex systems or bureaucracy. This role owns the front door to business creative and integrated marketing work: intake, triage, prioritization, routing, staffing, and capacity planning across product campaigns, line-of-business motions, integrated marketing programs, launches, regional requests, and one-off asks. Because of that, this role requires a strategic thinker who applies rigor and judgment to every new idea. You will independently assess what matters most, clarify the real need behind the ask, and determine whether work should be grouped into an existing campaign, routed to another team, self-served, supported by an agency or contractor, deferred, or declined.
