About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most. We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers ge

You will leverage open-source intelligence, social media, investigative tools, and other information sources to assess violent or disruptive threats, geopolitical developments, and emerging risks relevant to the company. The role will support a broad range of Protective Intelligence activities, including persons of interest investigations, behavioral threat assessment, executive and individual risk assessments, event and travel security assessments, and time-sensitive intelligence support to Corporate Security and cross-functional partners. You will turn complex and often incomplete information into clear assessments and actionable recommendations that help inform security and protective decisions. We are seeking candidates with intelligence experience, particularly in protective intelligence, threat investigations, or behavioral threat assessment. Successful candidates will understand the intelligence cycle, OSINT investigative techniques, corporate physical security, risk management, and threat assessment, and will be comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment involving sensitive and occasionally high-profile matters. This role could be based in San Francisco, CA, or may be a remote role for the right candidate. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. The opportunity Datadog’s Infrastructure products help engineers understand and operate the systems their applications depend on. Our customers work in complex environments like Kubernetes and serverless, where infrastructure changes constantly, information is dense, and decisions about reliability, performance, and cost are closely connected. The work also connects to other parts of Datadog, including observability, Cloud Cost Management, permissions, and AI-assisted workflows. As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define that direction and lead the work from early problem framing through shipped product. You will partner closely with product and engineering, bring a high level of interaction and visual craft to complex workflows, and help raise the quality of design across Modern Compute.
