ABOUT THE ROLE Observe, now part of Snowflake, is looking for an Enablement & Go-to-Market Program Manager to build, scale, and continuously improve the programs that enable our Go-to-Market organization to succeed. This is a highly cross-functional program management role focused on designing and operating onboarding and enablement programs—not delivering sales training or coaching. You'll own the operational backbone of our enablement strategy, ensuring every new hire has a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience while driving continuous learning programs that support long-term seller productivity. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and subject matter experts to coordinate onboarding boot camps, manage enablement programs, maintain learning assets, and measure program effectiveness. About the role We're hiring someone to build the playbook for how we drive practitioner adoption of new capabilities, and bring new practitioners into the platform. You'll pick a segment (data engineers, ML engineers, analytics engineers), pair it with a use case, and figure out what it takes to get practitioners from awareness to activation. That means developing real knowledge of your audience: what they care about, where they spend time, what resonates, and what falls flat. Then working cross functionally to assemble the right assets, sequence them into an exciting journey that leads to adoption, and getting your campaign in front of the right people across owned, paid, in-product, and partner channels. What you're building is a closed loop. Each campaign is instrumented so you can see what actually worked. Did practitioners activate? Did usage stick? How quickly did they find value? Each round of learning makes the next one sharper. The insights you generate don't stay with you; they feed back to marketing, product and account teams to drive broader adoption across organizations. About the AI Products team The AI Products team is part of the broader Marketplace & Collaboration organization and is focused on bringing AI products on top of Snowflake’s data and application platform to help customers discover, share, monetize, and act on data assets & applications more easily.
