About the Role: Notion’s Tax team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to support our global tax operations. In this role, you’ll run global indirect tax operations and strengthen the systems behind them. As Notion scales across products and jurisdictions, this role exists to make compliance, close, audits, and tax data more accurate, scalable, and audit-ready. You’ll own recurring sales and use tax, VAT/GST, business tax, registrations, notices, reconciliations, and related controls, while building exposure to income tax compliance and reporting. The work is hands-on and cross-functional: you’ll trace differences across billing, tax engines, filings, payments, and the general ledger with Accounting, Revenue, Billing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience partners.
