About the Role The right candidate for this role runs a full sales cycle from first conversation to close, builds real fluency in the LATAM market and its buyers, and turns what they learn in the field into playbooks the rest of the team can use. Reporting to the Senior Manager of LATAM Sales, they own a territory end-to-end: sourcing net-new pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and applying a consistent qualification approach to every deal. They partner closely with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and with Marketing on messaging that reflects what's actually happening in the field. This is a role for someone who understands the LATAM region and its buyers, works well without a finished playbook, and helps build one as they go.
