We are searching for an experienced and talented Employee Relations Professional to join this highly collaborative Employee Relations Advisor Team. Our Impact: The Employee Relations Advisor Team is responsible for handling a broad range of employment law and employee relations matters, including the resolution of employment allegations and complaints to ensure fairness, consistency, legal compliance, and mitigate corporate risk. Your Impact: Lead end-to-end management of complex employee relations cases, conducting in-depth analyses to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements Exercise sound judgment and decision-making authority, leveraging policy and past practice, to assess risk, determine appropriate resolutions, and advise on sensitive or high-impact employee matters with limited oversight Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations issues including performance management, workplace conduct, and policy application Develop clear, comprehensive employee relations case documentation and case summaries, ensuring accuracy, defensibility, and adherence to confidentiality and audit standards Analyze case trends and emerging risks to inform proactive strategies, strengthen manager capability, and enhance the effectiveness
