What you'll do: Lead CLEAR’s technical recruiting strategy and team, ensuring hiring priorities, resources, and recruiting efforts are aligned to the needs of the business Partner with the CTO and senior technology leaders to understand organizational priorities, anticipate talent needs, and develop strategic hiring plans Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters, establishing clear expectations and raising the bar for recruiting execution and candidate experience Leverage recruiting data, talent market intelligence, and business insights to influence hiring strategies, identify opportunities, and advise leaders on how to attract and hire exceptional technical talent Build trusted relationships across Technology and the People team while continuously improving recruiting processes, practices, and approaches to deliver against evolving business needs How you'll measure success: Achievement of technical hiring plans across priority roles and teams Quality of hire, offer acceptance, and candidate experience Recruiting efficiency, including time
