About the role Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion. This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention. What you'll do Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market — 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month. As Manager of Procurement Activation, you're the person who makes that real at scale . You'll lead a team of Procurement Activation Specialists working with Mid-Market customers, typically 100 to 999 employees, $50M to $100M in revenue, from discovery and configuration through go-live. This is a founding role . There's no playbook to inherit — you'll write it. That means developing your people, building the motion from scratch, and becoming the primary p

About the Role Most businesses have no idea if they're overpaying for their software. They renew on autopilot, negotiate without benchmarks, and discover vendor alternatives only after the contract is already signed. Ramp is uniquely positioned to change that. We see billions of dollars of real-world spend and contract data across thousands of companies, and we're turning it into an intelligence layer that tells businesses exactly what they should be paying, which vendors to consider, and when to act. As PM for Vendor Intelligence & Marketplace, you'll own the product that powers this: our price benchmarking engine, contract analysis (extracting structure and risk from vendor agreements), and the emerging B2B marketplace that connects Ramp's buyer base to the right vendors at the right price. You'll be one of the first PMs building a true buyer-side intelligence layer inside a financial platform, replacing renewal anxiety and negotiation guesswork with data-driven, AI-powered decisions. About the Role As a Product Designer at Ramp, you are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior. Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and iteration. We are looking for multiple product designers who are excited to work this way and who want to use AI as a core part of how they design. What You’ll Do Own product work end to end: Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements that move key metrics. Stay involved through launch and iteration, not just handoff. Start in an LLM: Use tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and surface risks, edge cases, a

About the Role Ramp's Sales Development organization is the engine of the company's top-of-funnel growth — one of the highest-output SDR teams in the industry, and a function that is expanding rapidly. With large cohorts of new reps joining every quarter and the entire organization now being asked to pitch a multi-product suite across procurement, AP, treasury, and expense personas, the way Ramp enables its SDRs has to change. Until now, enablement has been manager-led, ad hoc, and reactive. That model worked when the product was simpler and the team was smaller. It doesn't scale to a large and growing SDR organization, quarterly cohorts of new hires who are mostly entering their first corporate environment, and a company-wide push to expand how SDRs position Ramp across the full product surface. The SDR Enablement Manager is the hire that makes this transition real. You'll build and own the programs, systems, and infrastructure that take SDRs from onboarding to full productivity in 90 days, equip the full team to pitch multi-product, and create sus

We want 90%+ of every newly incorporated company in the US to start their financial life on Ramp, and we are giving one person the keys to make that happen. This is not a marketing seat. You will be the general manager with the P&L. You own acquisition, product strategy, onboarding, pricing, incentives, positioning, lifecycle, and the pipeline number for the startup segment end to end. If a founder incorporates on a Tuesday, your job is to make sure they have a Ramp card by Wednesday and never need to think about a competitor. Every lever it takes to make that true is yours to pull, and the ones that don't exist yet are yours to build. You will be based in San Francisco because this is fundamentally a community motion. The startup market does not get won on a billboard. It gets won at the demo day after-party, in the YC group chat, at the founder dinner, in the angel's DMs, and at the accelerator that just announced its batch.
