YOUR MISSION You will report directly to the General Counsel. You will get to apply your contract drafting and negotiations skills as well as your broader legal and business acumen to supporting the GTM and product teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements: SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, SOWs, RFPs and NDAs. Serve as the primary legal point of contact for the Sales team, partnering directly with Account Executives and sales leadership throughout the deal cycle to structure terms, manage risk, and close deals efficiently.
